Welcome to Signal and Noise
A personal platform for sharing insights from real-world research, experimentation, and systems thinking. Content is coming soon.
I built this site because I needed a place to put the things I am learning.
I spend a lot of time researching, experimenting, and building systems. Some of that is in wellness: supplements, lab data, biological pathways, and the messy reality of applying research to an actual body. Some of it is in technology: how systems are designed, how AI is changing the way things get built, and opinions I have accumulated over decades of engineering work. And some of it will be about whatever else I find worth exploring carefully.
Along the way, I built an AI-powered research pipeline that captures, transcribes, and organizes everything I find interesting into a structured knowledge vault. That vault keeps growing, and Signal and Noise is where the insights that survive that process get shared.
Every post is classified as Signal (clear insight), Noise (inconclusive, but honestly documented), or Signal & Noise (partial findings, still emerging). Because most of what we encounter out there is not clean or settled, and pretending otherwise does not help anyone.
